A 35 year old man Salvatore V has reportedly shot 7 times at his wife Giustina C 29 and then shot at himself at the height of a quarrel ,due to jealousy, outside the Fiore club simming pool in Campigliano , Salerno, Italy, where their 9 year old son was doing a swimming competition .
The couple who also have another 4 year old son, no longer live together since they decided to legally seperate.
The man was an occasional brick layer who has no criminal records and the wife never noticed or reported any signs of aggresiveness in him.
He also shot 5 times at the wife's car after shooting at her and was still having 34 bullets and a knife in his jacket.
They both died during admission at the hospital.
