US: Woman smears neighbor's face with dog feces

A woman was arrested on charges of assault after allegedly smearing dog feces on her neighbor because her dog did its business in her yard, police in Florida said.



Boca Raton Police said that they arrested 57  year old Amy Goldberg, after being accused of smearing dog feces on her 67 year old neighbor.

Goldberg, told investigators that she was tired of her neighbor's dog defecating in her yard.

According to the Boca Raton police investigation, Goldberg’s neighbor was walking her dog around 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, in the 4200 block of Northwest 60th Drive.

The woman's dog defecated in Goldberg’s yard, and when she was confronted about it. The neighbor told Goldberg that she was going to clean it, but she was yelling at her.

 The neighbor then told Goldberg that if she was going to scream then she could clean up the dog feces herself.

Goldberg grabbed a plastic bag, picked up the feces, chased after her neighbor and threw it at her.

Goldberg also smeared feces on her neighbor’s face and arms.

Goldberg was charged with assault on an elderly person. She was booked into the Palm Beach jail on Wednesday, and released Thursday.
