Nigeria: FAAN Executive Director Implicated In Botched Kidnap Attempt

In a desperate bid to ensure her brother clinches the House of Assembly ticket for Okura constituency in Kogi State, Salamatu Umar-Eluma, the Executive Director, Human Resources of the Federal Airports Authority Nigeria (FAAN) has been identified as the master mind behind the kidnap and attempted assassination of certain people in Anyigba, Kogi State.



Her brother Hassan was also a staff of FAAN until he resigned to contest this election on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Eye witness accounts indicate that about 10am on Saturday April 11, strange looking thugs of intimidating size stormed Anyingba town in the company of Salamatu' s sister, Ramatu Abdullahi, destroying properties and forcing residents to flee.

In the mayhem, Four PDP stalwarts were kidnapped. Luck however ran out on the hoodlums as they were intercepted at Ajaka, about 100 kms away from Anyingba.
