UK: Man spends hours getting Jesus tattoo flee without paying



Police in Luton, England are looking for a thief who booked an appointment with RedINC, to get a botched tattoo removed and replaced with a new one.

The suspect asked for a tattoo of Jesus , and the name of his daughter under it.The tattoo which  was done on his upper arm, took about 6 hours to complete,the suspect gave a deposit of 50 pounds.


However, when it was time to pay the remaining 200 pounds for the tattoo, he said he had already paid.

 He claimed he gave the money to another worker and when the worker went to call the colleague, the suspect ran out of the shop without paying.

The shop owner  Joanne Baum after reviewing the surveillance video realized that while the suspect had his tattoo done,the suspect got up the from the chair, walked behind the counter and stole 1,000 pounds, he then went back to sit on his chair to get his Jesus tattoo finished when the worker walked away for a few minutes.


The man already has a tattoo of praying hands on his arm, which was inscribed with 'Only God can judge me' Baum said.

The suspect was descibed as a man of Asian ethnicity, in his 20s, approximately 6 foot tall, and well built.
