Allegedly kidnapped former FUTA vice chancellor decomposed body found in own compound


The body of supposedly  kidnapped former Vice-Chancellor of the ‎Federal University of Technology (FUTA), Prof. Albert Ilemobade has been found.

The poor man's  remains  was found this morning in his own compound in Akure at an abandoned store outside the main building where cables are been kept.


The police have so far arrested two persons in connection with the killing, and his gate man that was earlier reported to have been kidnapped with him is now a major suspect.

 A source told Sahara reporters that it was later discovered that the gate man and another accomplice decided to kill the elderly man just to steal his new car. The car had earlier been recovered by the police who found it in Ogun State.
