Italy: Baby die in car after being forgotten under the sun by parents

The Italian authorities in the city of Vicenza are currently conducting investigations for manslaughter on the death of a 17 - month - old baby girl who died after being left by her parents for three hours in a locked up car, in a parking slot under the sun.


The little girl who is part of the six children of an Ivorian couple who have been in Italy for many years, may have been killed by heat stroke or suffocation.

The parents of the little girl said they thought she was being looked after by her older siblings while the siblings say they thought their parents were the once looking after the poor child.
