The three-man tribunal, sitting in Ikeja, dismissed Agbaje’s petition on Wednesday, July 1, 2015.The PDP candidate’s case was thrown out of the window after the tribunal, led by Justice Muhammad Sirajo, agreed with the preliminary objection raised by the plaintiff’s counsel, Wole Olanipekun that the petition was incompetent.
