Bryson was arrested along with another man after law enforcement was tipped off that a group of suspects were planning to print counterfeit checks at a local fast food restaurant.
While the reality star's son was not arrested for printing the fake checks, he was taken into custody for allegedly giving officers on the scene a false name, according to documents obtained by Radar Online.
Arresting office Sgt. Joseph Stewart, Bryson was present at the scene when he apprehended Inginac Walter Theodore for allegedly printing fake checks at the McDonald's. Bryson's arrest is for a misdemeanor charge.
