The Nigerian president Goodluck Jonathan who was represented by vice president Namadi Sambo said
while inaugurating a five seater air conditioned passenger inter city rail transport system that will link Markudi Benue state and Port Harcourt River state.
That President Goodluck Jonathan has fulfilled promises he made to Nigerians in his 2011 campaign, he also added that Nigeria has witnessed transformation especially in the transport section during their administration.
