Cameroon: 3 towns attacked 30 abducted - Boko Haram



More than 30 people including those in a packed bus has been abducted by suspected Boko Haram terrorist, during an attack on 3 communities in northern Cameroon.



Boko Haram has stepped up their attacks  on neigbouring countries as Benin , Cameroon, Chad and Niger pledge to send troops to help Nigeria tackle the extremist group that  has killed more than 10,000 people over the past years.

Boko Haram militants has taken on increasingly regional dimension, with the terrorist staging attacks in both Cameroon and Niger over the past week.  on Saturday regional and African union officials, meeting in Cameroon's  capital Yaounde, proposed a force of 8750 troops to combat Boko Haram. The force could be deployed as early as next month, though funding issues could delay it's launch.
