Officers of the Nasarawa state command of the Nigerian Civil Deffence Corps on Wesnesday paraded 5 suspects including a father of 3 for raping a 14 year old girl.
The suspects works as labourers at a construction site in Doma Local Goverment market where they lured the girl who sells sachet water, with the pretense to buy water into an uncompleted building and took turns to rape her.
The suspects have all confessed to commiting the offense.It was gathered from investigations that the suspects have been in the habit of raping underage girls and authorities have been receiving reports of similar cases in the Doma area.
The suspects are Wada Mohammed (37), Tanko Adamu (36), Abubacar Ogachi (40), Yusuf Oga (35) and Samaila Ali (35) and they will be prosecuted after investigations are concluded.
