Daily Mail & BBC tenders apology over Nigerian human meat restaurant hoax

The Daily Mail & BBC  have tendered  apology over the Anambra human meat restaurant hoax.
 The originator of the report, BBC Swahili have retracted the story and apologized. Daily Mail has also pulled the story down.
