How three female suicide bombers died when bomb detonated prematurely


Rest in pieces: Three female suicide bombers have died in Borno State after the explosive devices they were carrying detonated before getting to their intended destination.

The would-be bombers were said to have died in the Konduga area of Borno state on Tuesday, June 9, 2015, while making their way to Maiduguri, the state capital.


The incident was confirmed on Wednesday, June 10, by the State Commissioner of Police, Aderemi Opadokun during an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN).

Opadokun also said that another blast had occurred along the Baga/Monguno Highway in the state.He however did not give details on the second explosion.
