Disturbing video of a battered baby.

Shocking video of a baby being battered by a woman with asian features with people standing around and not even one person could take the poor baby away from this woman.

What offence could a baby so small and defenseless  commit to merit such brutality?. Is this an old video, I say it does not matter. I don't want to  imagine  what must have become of the baby if adequate measures were not taken. Did someone actually stood by and video this. People are mean.
