Gunmen suspected to be herders invaded Yangal Fadan Kamanton, a community in Zangon Kataf Local government Area of Kaduna State,8 people have been reported killed and 12 people were also injured.
The gunmen invaded the community in the late hours of Tuesday and operated till this morning, shooting and set several houses ablaze. Residents say the area has not experience communal crises and wandered why their people should be meted with such a calamity.
The police in Kaduna could not immediately comment.
