American actress Stacy Dash was invited onto a US show, Outnumbered, to talk about news that female students at the university of Virginia have been told to aviod parties in an effort to prohibit sexual violence.
Dash started by saying she thought the whole thing is ridiculous and it is a good thing for the good girls to be told to stay at home , and be safe, the other bad girls are the ones who like to be naughty they might go out and play and get hurt.
She compered rape to people blaming it on alcohol instead of themselves when they over drink and to guns, she said guns does't kill people,people kill people and alcohol doesn't get you drunk, you get yourself drunk.
Her statement has arose outrage on the twitter.
