The lattest in the saga is the release of the much awaited WASC certificate of the APC presidential flag bearer Gen. Muhammed Buhari (Rtd) While his followers are singing uhuru that the doubters have finaly been silenced as it relates to the retired General's educational qualification; opposition camp have been very loud in highlithing the falsehood of the said certificate.

Matters arising from the above certificate leave so much to be desired.
That the name as shown on the result bears no semblance to that of the General, because as we all who have written this said examination know, the spelling of your name is very important, so it is either it was a hurried job or somebody made a blatant mistake.
If this General actually wrote this said exams in 1961, how come we are seeing Hausa Language as a course offered, because if my history lessons were anything to go by, as at 1961 Hausa language was not part of the Cambridge/WASCE curriculum.
Then there is the issue of his photograph, how come the General's recent passport photograph is used on the result, does it mean he was photographed in the 60's? And again we all should also note that this format of adding photograph to results was not in existence in the 1960's.
Also while speaking of qualifications, has anybody actualy dug out the authenticity of the incumbent presidents Phd?
According to sources, the President was presented the Doctorate degree but he never completed his Thesis which is a major prerequisite for the award of the Phd in Zoology which he said he has.
In all be it a university degree or a cooked up piece of paper what all Nigerian are clamouring for is basic good governance, so come February 14th,2015, my fellow Nigerians of voting age, your power is the Permanent Voters Card PVC. Choose wisely.
