23 people has been killed as a passenger plane carrying 58 people smashed into a bridge and plunged into a river on Wednessday in Taipei,Taiwan.10 peopl and a 2 year old boy were rescued and sent to the hospital, while about 40 people are still trapped inside the TransAsia ART 72 - 600 turboprop plane.There were 31 Chinese tourist on boad the plane and 5 crew members.
