A video recorded for PT in Polling Units 009, 010 and 011 at Oniong West Ward 1, Onna LGA of Akwa Ibom State, has exposed an official of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, allegedly colluding with some party supporters to rig the presidential and national assembly election in favour of the of their party. The ugly incident happened in Ikot Eko Ibon in the full glare of everybody.
