Meet Nigerian Lawmaker Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam

The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for Nkanu East/Nkanu West Federal Constituency in Enugu State, Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam was caught BY soldiers in possession of few thousands of PVC, on March 28th 2015. 

Dr. Ujam who was  the immediate past Commissioner of Lands in Enugu State on April 17th, received a certificate Of return from INEC as an elected member of the house of Rep.
