Nigeria: Actor Desmond Elliot receives Certificate of Return

Nollywood actor, director and now politician Desmond Elliot has received his Certificate of Return today, April 29, 2015.



Elliot  who ran under the All Progressives Congress ( APC) platform, was given the certificate today after his successful run for a seat in the state House of Assembly.

He and other winners were awarded their certificates.
