The outgoing President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan has taken to his facebook page to  share more photos of the Hand over Note to President- elect Muhammadu Buhari and wrote: Today, I presented Hand Over notes to the President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR.
