It was chaos in Zappa comunity in Asaba, Delta State when a 23-year-old young lady stabbed her female neighbour with a dagger for allegedly having an affair with her boyfriend.
The angry lover was said to have carried out the act because her victim tried to snatch her boyfriend who had always been faithful to her until she moved to the area last year.
According to the embittered lover, she reached an agreement with her victim to stay away from her boyfriend which she accepted.
She further added that she stabbed her with a dagger after seeing the two of them together in a romantic conversation.
Report says the victim was immediately rushed to the hospital where she is currently receiving medical attention.
The assailant, according to report attacked her victim while she was on her way to fetch water.The incident was confirmed by a Police source at the ‘A’ Division Police Station Asaba. The source said that attacker has been arrested and investigation is currently ongoing.
