5 Dead As Train Derails Into Canal At Eckwersheim In France

At least five people were killed on Saturday when a French high-speed rail train derailed and plunged into a canal during a test run due to "excessive  speed".
The train accident happened “because of excessive speed” at Eckwersheim in eastern France as technicians were on board for testing, Dominique-Nicolas Jane, chief of staff at the Alsace regional prefect, said.
