Buhari Already Has My Vote Even If He Presents NEPA Bill As Certificate - Ikpeba

Following the uproar of the inability of APC Presidential candidate Mohamed Buhari to produce a valid WAEC ceritficate, some prominet Nigerian have been making their views heard.

Former super eagles player, Victor Ikpeba went on twitter to say that his vote doesn't for Buhari come February will not in any way be indered even if the retired General presents a Nepa Bill as his certificate.
